Over three immersive nights, a circle of extraordinary women will gently gather for deep learning, courageous reflection and meaningful connection.

This retreat is intentionally designed to be both soft and rigorous: spacious enough for sharing stories, strong enough to hold complexity, and steady enough to welcome whatever arises.

Supported by an experienced team of wise facilitators and guides, with decades of collective expertise across leadership, education, personal development, healing and wellbeing, you will be held in a carefully curated, grounded and respectful sacred space—one designed to invite and nurture new and emerging ways of being and doing.

This is advanced women’s development — where inner & collective work re-weaves who we are and how we show up for our families, communities and colleagues.

A Yuwaalaraay Gamilaroi Aunty and independent, modern Indigenous woman devoted to caring for Country by living her culture. Through pure presence, deep listening and reverent relationship with land and community, she walks as a healer. Her care for Country is embodied and practiced daily.

Liz Tilley
Executive Coach for Women Who Want to Change the World – in large ways and small ones. With over a decade of leadership coaching experience across public and private sectors, Liz integrates professional development, conflict work, soul-based practice and neuroscience to help women lead with grounded confidence and relational intelligence.

Robyn Katz
An innovative community builder, wise leadership educator and holder of sacred space. As the founder of Talkpoint Women, Robyn works at the intersection of adult development and the humanisation of work, restoring depth, wisdom and feminine leadership qualities in service of cultural evolution.

The Place

Our venue is a rustic Shearer’s Quarters on a large property adjoining Burrinjuck Dam. Wee Jasper sits on a 400-million-year-old seabed and is world-renowned for its fossils — an ancient, powerful and breathtaking landscape.

Beds are strictly limited to 12 participants. If you prefer to camp or stay in a camper van, please let us know — we may be able to accommodate additional places.
