Sacred Song with Magick Gong

Kia Ora everyone! You are invited to a very special evening of Sacred Song with Magick Gong, Hosted by Nicola Rose Gibbons and Marliese Gaffaney, aka Rebel Gongsta!

Come and lie down, relax and receive, healing and soothing sound frequencies and vibrations! Be bathed in the songs of the ancestors. With the elements of Earth and Water, as you journey to the still depths within and beyond!

All of this goodness will help to calm and reset your nervous system; release stored tension; stress and much more!

The first half of the night, Nicola will ease us gently in with guided meditation, sacred song and drumming. This will be followed by Rebel Gongsta and her Gong Magick!

A Gong Bath - Why People Try It - The Gongs and their complex vibrations create a meditative experience. Inducing deep relaxation and potentially shifting brainwaves to a meditative state.

The sound bypasses the analytical mind, creating an immersive, sonic massage that can quiet stress and promote clarity, rest, and self-healing. 

What to Bring: A yoga mat/something to lie on, Blanket, Cushions/Pillows for your comfort, Eye mask if you have. A water bottle.

Marliese is an experienced Gong player and is trained in Kundalini yoga. She has played both in NZ and internationally. Her sessions, which also include breathwork, movement and mantra, allow participants to fully experience the amazing sound frequencies and vibrations of the Gongs - pure Magick!💫

Nicola is a sound healer known for her work with light language, voice toning, and vibrational healing. She has hosted groups around the world, and is currently based in Tauranga Moana.
