Guided by, Intuitive Energy Worker, Master Breathwork Instructor and founder of Starseed Mariposa, Daneesha Escobar, will share certain tools that can support you in self care, releasing tension, quieten the mind and re-aligning with your spirit. 

WHAT IS A SACRED SOUL SOUND HEALING EXPERIENCE…

A time to fully immerse yourself in the experience of the different vibrations of intuitive singing, crystal bowls & percussion instruments. Gracing you with the opportunity to feel supported in receiving what your mind, body & soul requires the most during the time of the experience. I create and hold space using my intuitive flow to bring through the magically frequencies to lead you on journey of curious exploration & connection. As you choose to trust the process I facilitate the safety and energy in the space to nurture the individualistic experience you move through.

Commencing the journey, you will be lightly guided to explore your inner state with the sounds and vibration, which can give way to natural shifts within your emotional & energetic body, when given the permission to do so. It is important to remember the mind holds many outdated stories and emotions within your subconscious. When you are given a safe space to begin peeling back the layers of the past experiences, you begin to lighten the load of what was, to re-awaken to your true state of soul being. Allowing the flow of energies to come into a state of equilibrium through mindful activation of your individual energy.

Creating a safe container, this will also be a time to bring likeminded people together. to connect, share and feel inspired with.

MEET YOUR GUIDE & FACILITATOR • DANEESHA ESCOBAR

Based in Sydney, Daneesha is an intuitive energy worker who began her journey in 2022. She blends breathwork, energy work, sound therapy and divination to guide others back to balance — mind, body, and spirit.

With a deep connection to Spirit, she channels intuitive messages through tarot and oracle cards, offering clarity and affirmation. Her energy work focuses on restoring flow and alignment within the energetic body, helping others release what no longer serves them.

Feeling the call to reconnect more deeply with the body, Daneesha followed her intuition and completed her Level 1 & Master Breathwork Certification with Breathless Expeditions in late 2024. This opened a new path —using the breath as a bridge between spirit and embodiment.

Since then, she has supported multiple breathwork events across regional Sydney and is now stepping into her purpose: creating powerful, heart-led workshops that serve the Western Sydney community and beyond.

Her mission is simple —hold space for transformation, connection, and healing through the breath and energy, while building a conscious and connected community.

Safety is of upmost importance for Sacred Soul Experience. Due to the nature of this work, using the various delicate sounds & frequencies, there are certain contraindications that will stop you from being able to attend.

- Severe mental health conditions (bipolar, schizophrenia, psychosis)
-Currently taking heavy medication that alters brain chemistry (anti-depressant, anti-anxiety, anti-psychotic)

- History or diagnosis of aneurisms

FAQ

What should I bring...

Just bring yourself with an open heart. Mats, cushions, and blankets are provided at the studio, but feel free to bring your own if it makes you more comfortable. Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated.

How should I prepare myself for this experience?

For extra comfort, bring an eye mask (optional) and dress in something you feel comfortable in, for the best experience. Drink plenty of water before and after the session. Come with an open mind and heart and be ready for a deep and immersive experience!

Where is the best place to find parking?

Depending on what time of day it is, there will most likely be street parking available. Stokoe Street is a cul-de-sac, if there are no free spaces on that street there are near by streets not too far of a walk to the studio.

How do I find and access to BREATH'IN Studio?

When you arrive to 19a Stokoe St, walk straight down the drive way, and you will see the entrance to the studio directly at the end of the driveway. It is easy to access, beside house 19, and to identify the studio, look for the BREATH'IN logo (Black & White) on the sliding doors.
