Guided by, Intuitive Energy Worker, Master Breathwork Instructor and founder of Starseed Mariposa, Daneesha Escobar, will share certain tools that can support you in self care, releasing tension, quieten the mind and re-aligning with your spirit. 

WHAT IS A SACRED SOUL SOUND HEALING EXPERIENCE…

A time to fully immerse yourself in the experience of the different vibrations of intuitive singing, crystal bowls & percussion instruments. Gracing you with the opportunity to feel supported in receiving what your mind, body & soul requires the most during the time of the experience. I create and hold space using my intuitive flow to bring through the magically frequencies to lead you on journey of curious exploration & connection. As you choose to trust the process I facilitate the safety and energy in the space to nurture the individualistic experience you move through.

Commencing the journey, you will be lightly guided to explore your inner state with the sounds and vibration, which can give way to natural shifts within your emotional & energetic body, when given the permission to do so. It is important to remember the mind holds many outdated stories and emotions within your subconscious. When you are given a safe space to begin peeling back the layers of the past experiences, you begin to lighten the load of what was, to re-awaken to your true state of soul being. Allowing the flow of energies to come into a state of equilibrium through mindful activation of your individual energy.

Creating a safe container, this will also be a time to bring likeminded people together. to connect, share and feel inspired with.

MEET YOUR GUIDE & FACILITATOR • DANEESHA ESCOBAR

Daneesha has been cultivating her intuitive energy work skills since 2022 and has learnt how to use these abilities to support the betterment of the mind, body & soul of individuals. As an intuitive energy worker Daneesha has been using this modality to tune into the energetic body to fine tune the flow and alignment that may be disrupted or blocked. 

Through her journey, she was called to grow her skills & modalities by completing her ‘LEVEL 1’ & ‘MASTERS’ BREATHWORK CERTIFICATION with Breathless Expeditions in Oct & Nov “24. Leading her on a path towards the deeper calling to create workshops and lead others in regaining connection to the self through the spirit of the breath and energy. 

She has supported in a variety of Breathwork workshop events around the Regional Sydney Area, and now is ready to pursue her passion by creating her own workshops and events to support the Western Sydney Community. 

Daneesha has always felt the call to be in service to those who she can reach, and is now on the mission to bring like-minded souls together to grow, expand, connect & align with community.

Safety is of upmost importance for Sacred Soul Experience. Due to the nature of this work, using the various delicate sounds & frequencies, there are certain contraindications that will stop you from being able to attend.

-Currently taking heavy medication that alters brain chemistry (anti-depressant, anti-anxiety, anti-psychotic)

- Recent physical injuries, fractures and/or surgeries
- Epilepsy
- History or diagnosis of aneurisms
- Cardiovascular problems
- History of seizures
- Severe Asthma
- Heart disease
- Heart conditions
- Diabetes
- Hospitalisation for any psychiatric condition, emotional crisis, spiritual emergence within the past 3 years
- Any other medical, psychiatric or physical conditions that would impair or affect your ability to engage in activities involving intense physical and/or emotional release.
