Sacred Song and Sound Bath - Lie Down and Listen

Get ready to lie down, snuggle in and enjoy a completely unique experience. The live vocal tones of song and guitar, blending magically with healing crystal bowls, medicine drum and harp. A deeply relaxing and high vibrational frequency experience, a blending of the divine masculine healing tones through the voice of musician and healer Sean O'Connor woven with divine feminine codes brought through by Ruth Holden and her sound healing instruments.

This journey will take you from tired and disconnected, to fully present in your body and grounded. You will be cocooned in sacred sound, with optional light touch including tuning forks and reiki. This evening is designed to nurture and nourish the soul.

Your option at the end is to float off into the night or to remain and share your experience. This is your choice on the night depending on how you feel.

The evening will consist of a guided meditation, intention setting and a journey into your inner world. This immersion will require you to bring a yoga mat/camping mattress, blankets and pillow. Eye mask and journal are also optional. It is also recommended that you bring a water bottle and eat lightly on the night. Avoid alcohol and stimulants in the 24 hours preceding the event.
