Every second Friday evening, come and step away from the busyness of life for two beautiful hours of deep relaxation, sound and connection.
We'll begin with meditation, Archangel cards and a deeply relaxing crystal bowl sound bath, followed by shared Kai and cacao, gentle connection and time for dream journaling and reflection.
This is a cosy, intimate evening held in my home-based studio in Karori — a space to unwind, listen inward and simply be.
