Sacred Sound Journey

Join Sarah from Soul Safety Energetics for a beautiful Sound and Energy Healing Journey. You’ll relax on yoga mats with a blanket and pillow, while being immersed in soothing sounds from Crystal Bowls to Drums and more.

When you arrive you will ground yourselves with beautiful heart opening cacao, we will drop into our bodies, and set our intentions for the Journey.

The Sound Journey is Intuitive based off the energy of those in the room, there will be moments of guidance with my voice and moments of just sound from the instruments. I will incorporate energy healing throughout Intuitively, whether individually or as a group. This Sound Journey is designed to be deeply restorative and relaxing, grounding, clarity bringing and deeply nourishing. This is just for YOU, to lay back, open your heart and mind and RECEIVE. No effort is required—just bring yourself and perhaps a water bottle, you are also welcome to bring a journal if you want to jot any downloads down.
