Sacred Sound Journey - Hilltop Haven, Otaua

An invitation to slow down, soften, and reconnect in sacred stillness at the most serene location, surrounded by stunning countryside.

Lie back and get cosy as a soundscape from instruments such as crystal & tibetan bowls, gong, crystal lyre, native flute and handpan hold space for inner peace, expansion and a soulful return to self.

The frequencies help to regulate your nervous system, provide mental & emotional balance, harmonise overstimulation from all the noise that accumulates in our busy live ... and so much more.

A gentle return to resonance ✨

To help land in the space, choose an oracle card and anoint with divine, ceremonial oil. Stay for a quiet chat and a home-made healthy treat afterwards, if you feel like it.

What to bring: 

Yoga mat, bolster, blanket and eye pillow is provided, however you're welcome to bring extra padding, blankets or anything else you'd like for comfort.

Doors open at 3:45pm. Please aim to arrive on time so you can get settled and take in the fabulous views before we start.
