Sacred Sound Journey - Karangahake

Your invitation to reset, re-centre, and reconnect in sacred stillness.

Lie back and get cosy as a soundscape from instruments such as crystal & tibetan bowls, gong, crystal lyre, drone harp and handpan hold space for inner peace, expansion and a soulful return to self.

The frequencies help to regulate your nervous system, provide mental & emotional balance, harmonise overstimulation from all the noise that accumulates in our busy lives... and so much more.

To help land into the space, choose an oracle card and anoint with divine, locally crafted ceremonial oil. Stay for a cuppa and a quiet chat afterwards, if you feel like it.

No experience necessary - just come as you are :)

Please bring: 

- yoga mat (and plenty of padding to lie on)
- blanket
- pillow
- eye mask (recommended)
- anything else you may like for comfort

Doors open at 3:50pm. Please aim to arrive on time so you can get settled before we start.
