Sacred Sound Journey: Space to Breathe | Karangahake

Let the busyness and noise of the outside world melt away as you settle into an hour of nurturing sound and stillness.

Space to breathe. Space to hear the whispers of your heart again.

A space where cobwebs can be cleared, so you can emerge feeling calmer, clearer, and more centred in yourself.

What to expect:

• a warm, welcoming environment

• a 60-minute immersive sound journey, beginning with a short guided meditation to help you settle, breathe, and arrive

• instruments such as crystal bowls, crystal lyre, native flute, wind gong, chimes & handpan - specially chosen for this experience, along with a little of my voice

• choose an oracle card, anoint with Young Living essential oils, or try a few drops of calming Blue Lotus tincture before or after the session

• A nourishing treat at the end to support your return to the outer world

What to bring:

• yoga mat or something super comfy to lie on, blanket, pillow, and eye maskl if you have one (I'll have some to share)

• you're welcome to bring a journal if you'd like to spend some time in reflection

Parking:

There's plenty of off-street parking available

Doors open 10 minutes beforehand, allowing you time to ease into the space before we begin.

No experience necessary, all are welcome.
