Sacred Sound Sacred Dance

Sacred Sound Sacred Dance includes sound journeying with Medicine Drum, crystal bowls and a variety of other instruments along with Shamanic singing to enter into the inner realms.  Participants are then guided into sacred dance where we use dance as the medicine to shift energy, allow for deep healing expression, open creative channels and connect into a deeper presence.  The session is then completed with sacred sound and guided meditation to integrate all that unfolds.
