Sacred Space: Sound Journey - Pt Chevalier

Join me for a nurturing sound healing journey where you have all the space you need to drop into sacred stillness, deep relaxation and expansion.

You'll experience a soundscape from instruments including crystal alchemy bowls, tibetan bowls, crystal lyre, chimes and gong.

Plus - I'll be joined by a highly experienced handpan musician - Cam from Soundbath NZ, who’ll share some beautiful, meditative tunes as part of the sound journey.

Before we start, pick an oracle card, and annoint with divine sacred ceremonial oil to help land you into the space.

Please bring: 

- yoga mat
- blanket
- pillow
- eye mask (recommended)
- anything else you may like for comfort, such as additional padding to lie on

Doors open at 4:50pm. Please aim to arrive on time so you can get comfy before we start.
