Sacred Synergy- A Transformational Breathwork and Reiki Healing Journey

Step into a sacred space where breath and energy unite to create profound healing and transformation. We look forward to journeying with you at "Sacred Synergy". 

Your guides for this journey will be Lynsey, a Transformational Breathwork and Kundalini Activation facilitator and Rania, a Master Reiki practitioner. We look forward to holding space for you as this is our greatest joy and passion. 

WHAT TO EXPECT

• Cacao Ceremony: Begin the evening with a sacred cacao ceremony. Cacao, known as the "Food of the Gods," is a powerful plant medicine that opens the heart and allows for a deeper connection to self and others. We will drink a specifically prepared cacao elixir and set our intentions for the evening. 
• Transformational Breathwork Journey: By using strong, conscious connected breath with an experience of self reflection for profound healing, transformation and awakening consciousness. 
• Reiki Healing: Receive the gentle, yet powerful energy healing of Reiki, which will further enhance your body's natural healing processes and promote balance and harmony.
• Meditative Journey: Follow along with a guided meditation that integrates your healing, creating a space for deep relaxation and transformation. 
• Reflection and Sharing: Finish the session with a period for personal reflection and optional sharing, allowing you to integrate your experience and connect with fellow participants.

PREPARING FOR THE SESSION

- Please arrive a few minutes early to get settled.
- Wear loose, comfortable clothing. 
- Eat lightly if at all before the session. An empty stomach is best.
- No alcohol or use of other substances before session please. 
-Yoga mats, pillows and blankets will be provided

LOCATION

The venue is above Cho Cho San restaurant. You enter through the same door as the restaurant and go straight upstairs to level one. Please give yourself time to find parking as it can be difficult in this area. It is a 10 minute walk from Kings Cross station. Please arrive on time, the door will close 10 minutes after start time. There is a Secure parking station at 9a Elizabeth Bay Rd which offers $15 parking after 6pm and on weekends. 

CANCELLATIONS/CHANGES

Please inform the host at least 24hrs prior to the session if you are unable to attend and you will be able to change your ticket to another date. If it is after 24hrs before the session your ticket will be forfeited.

Transformational Breathwork is not recommended and is not safe for those prone to mania, delusion or psychosis, epilepsy, heart conditions, pregnancy, serious cardiovascular issues, high/low blood pressure, asthma, COPD or serious eye conditions. By purchasing this ticket I affirm that I will make the facilitator aware of any medical conditions or physical limitations before class.  I also affirm that I alone am responsible to decide whether to practice Transformational Breathwork and participation is at my own risk.
