This is a sacred and supportive space for women who have experienced or are preparing to experience a hysterectomy. Focusing on emotional healing, body connection, and honouring our womb—whether physical or energetic. Through sharing, guided movement, breathwork, and symbolic rituals, a place to come together to support each other in navigating this powerful transition.

Providing a safe, nurturing environment where women can connect, share their stories, and heal before and after hysterectomy. This often-underrepresented experience is one of profound emotional, physical, and spiritual change, and many women struggle with feelings of loss, grief, and confusion. This circle offers a chance for women to find solidarity, honour their body’s journey, and reconnect with their own inner wisdom.

This event is specifically for women who have undergone or are preparing for a hysterectomy—a deeply personal and transformative experience. Instead of focusing on the medical side of the procedure, this circle offers a holistic approach to healing, emphasizing emotional support, body awareness, and connection to the womb. It’s a space where women can express their emotions, heal, and celebrate the powerful transition they’re going through, surrounded by like-minded women who understand and support them.

What does it include?

• A welcoming, sacred circle for connection and healing
• Beading Ritual (Based on the Seasons of the Menstrual and Moon Cycle)
• Guided breathwork and meditation for body connection and emotional release
• Gentle movement to reconnect with the pelvic and womb space
• A sharing circle where women can speak from the heart
• Journaling prompts for self-reflection and growth
• A hormone supporting snack, tea and fruit
• A closing ritual with a flower and affirmation bowl as symbols of renewal and beauty

You will experience emotional healing and a deeper connection to their body and spirit. You gain clarity, comfort, and empowerment in your journey, knowing you are not alone. The event will help you honour your transition, release grief or fear, and invite healing into your life. Each woman will leave feeling supported, validated, and with a renewed sense of strength and sisterhood.
