Sacred Union Yoga is a Full Body Prayer.

This is your opportunity to step out of the business of life, to step into Sacred Space and to honour your Sacredness.

This class is a deep practice of alchemising your inner Masculine Energies and Inner Feminine Mysteries.  You will harness both your masculine power and your Feminine Magic to come into the inner Sacred Union Within.  The inner Sacred Marriage.  The most powerful place of true EMBODIMENT.

From beginning to end, you are in your own embodiment prayer, honouring all aspects of yourself.  Honouring the earth, your humanity and your divinity.

It is NOT the task of Men
to become more Masculine
or more Godlike
or for Women
to become more Feminine
or find their Goddess Self.
That is the Old Paradigm.
It is for us all
to awaken Both
inside each and everyone of us.
Not as an androgyne...
a weak distillation of both
but as a deeply strong
deeply powerful
and fiercely lovingly 
fully integrated whole.
It is the inner marriage
of both
that will raise both poles
to greatness
and as we do
our co-dependant structures
inherited from an outwardly dependent world,
simply fall away.
From deep inner connection
we call to us then
a Oneness of Being
that brings a Bliss
and deep love
leading to such compassion...
such deep love.

This class is run by Kelly Wolf, Founder of Sacred Union Yoga and Dance and Sacred Sexuality Teacher.  These classes are seeped in ancient wisdom of tantric, taoist and Egyptian philosophies.

The Classes are run through zoom.  The class will be recorded so that if you miss the class you can catch up that week.  The recording will only be available for the week.
