Event description

Sacred Women’s Rest Day
Welcome the Full Moon

A one-day sanctuary of nourishment to come together with women to reconnect, rejuvenate and remember under the presence of the Full Moon.

About the Day

At this time of year, life quickens as we move towards summer and the holiday season. Now more than ever, it is vital to pause — not only to rest, but to intentionally create sacred space, so we can find deep renewal and connection that sustains us moving forward.

This Sacred Women’s Rest Day invites you to gather in alignment of the energy of the Full Supermoon. Together in circle, we will honour life and all it brings, open our hearts, and align with nature’s cycles as we rest and restore.

What’s Included

  • Opening Circle & Ceremony – Set intentions, align with the moon’s energy, and share in sacred sisterhood. A beginning woven with reverence.

  • Embodiment & Movement – Gentle Biodanza practices to reconnect with your body’s wisdom.

  • Cacao Blessing Ritual – A heart-opening ceremony with sacred cacao to deepen intention.

  • Full Moon Reflection – To symbolically let go and call in what is aligned.

  • Closing Blessing – Sealed with invocation, leaving you aligned with nature’s cycles, carrying rest, clarity, and renewal into the days ahead.

“Bathed in the light of the Supermoon, come home to yourself in rest, release, and renewal.”
