Sacred Womb Healing

We invite you on a 4-hour journey to step into your power and sovereignty. Come gather in sisterhood to heal our wounds and reunite!

In this ritual, we will bring the ancient practice of Yoni Steaming, Womb/Heart Breath Journey, and a Blessing.

Our intention is to create a safe container that will allow the sisterhood to dive deep within their womb to cleanse, realign and awaken to the infinite power of this centre.

The womb carries the deepest most ancient secrets of life. It is the most energy-filled and holiest temple in our body, the place where your inner voice, deepest guidance, clarity, stillness, creative expression, and power arise.

The womb holds the power to nurture, grow and create new life. It is a place and state of being that births us, that births new realities, that holds the power for deep transformation for ourselves and others with whom we come into contact.

As women, we have become disconnected from the womb leading us to forget who we are and how we could be. This imbalance is caused by our forgetting about the womb and its true purpose and power. The lows of the Womb have created a huge imbalance on Earth. Women have been finding their center of gravity in their heads rather than in their wombs and hearts.

This journey is an opportunity for you to shift your centre of gravity to your womb so as to become more empowered, present, and grounded. All life benefits when women come to love their bodies and live from their truth. For the womb is the generator of LIFE, the source of full feminine expression.

When cleared and healed from wounds a woman may connect fully with her own feminine core in clarity, joy, and full free expression of the life force, the orgasmic energy of bliss.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

Please arrive at 2:45 to register and settle in the space After an opening ceremony we shall dive into the yoni steaming process followed by a shamanic drum journey into your womb space. At the end of the process, you will receive a herbal womb blessing. We shall end our night with a closing circle and some grounding snacks.

WHAT TO BRING:

- Please wear a long skirt or sarong (to direct the steam into yoni )

- Yoga Mat, cushions, blankets (anything to make you cozy and warm)

- Ceramic bowl/glass container with lid for yoni steaming (Available to purchase with Michelle)

- Blindfold

- Journal and paper

- Water

- Items for the altar (optional)

- Crystals, essential oils, shamanic tools (anything that help you go deeper within your journey

- An open mind and heart

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER:

Steaming is not recommended for women that are bleeding, that have any open wounds or sores around yoni or those who are or could be pregnant! You will still be part of the ritual, seating in meditation during steaming and will benefit energetically from the collective process.

ABOUT THE FACILITATORS:

MICHELLE PATRAO

Michelle has been developing work with Mother’s and Women amongst the Brazilian Community in Australia for the last 8 years.

Since her early years she has been pursuing her purpose, to understand our deeper healing processes. She studied Psychology, and Conscienciology and has set on a journey of self-discovery and self-education through Plant Wisdom and Herbalism linked to Aromatherapy. Specific Aromatic Journeys have awakened her memories of Ancient Practices of the Sacred Feminine bringing the need for studying Yoni Steaming Rituals.

Focusing on Plant Wisdom, she guides women's gatherings, which have been evolving into a larger supportive web. Mother of 2, she offers many different programs for women to reconnect with plants and their Sacred Womb, including Yoni Steaming, Essential Oils for the Sacred Feminine, and Women Sorority Groups.

PATRICIA SILVERWOLF

Patricia is a former Mental Health Nurse, Munay-ki teacher, Kundalini Dance Facilitator, Shamanic Consellour, Shamanic Breathwork® Facilitator and Shamanic Minister. Certified and Ordained through Venus Rising Association for Transformation. She identifies herself as an Aquarian Shaman. An alchemist, an agent of transformation that is very passionate about assisting people to find their inner shaman so to remember their way back to wholeness and their life’s sacred purpose.

Patricia has been following her unfolding spiritual journey since the age of 12 and has deepened her understanding of herself and her spiritual path in many different practices most of them shamanic. She's on an ongoing journey of radical self love and awakening. Always deepening herself in experiential practical spiritual adventures which have immersed her in self-awareness, inter-relationships, healing, and an expansion of her consciousness.

Patricia loves to create a sacred container that allows her tribe to feel warm, secure, and safe to dive deep within themselves. Assisting them to awaken parts of self that they never knew existed, through breathwork, dance, sound, and complete authentic expression of all that has been suppressed, whilst journeying alongside them.
