SacredBreath - Breathwork, Sound Journey, Mantras

Join us for a deep healing journey where we combine mindfulness practices, breathwork and sacred healing sounds and mantras.

Led by Cristian Trujillo in breath and Nienke & David, who will bring their magical songs and sounds to silence the mind and drop you into a deep state of self love and gratitude.

This is a 3 hour journey from start to finish. A beautiful event to reconnect with yourself, let go of what's not serving you anymore, fill up your cup and invite the new into your life. 

We will practice a bit of movement, body awareness meditation and a gentle breathwork practice. All of these supported by the medicinal music played by David and Nienke.

Our intention is to share these valuable practices and make them accessible to everyone. So please invite your friends and family.

• Bring an open heart and an intention for the day 😊
• Bring your yoga mat, a cushion, a blanket and a bottle of water.
• No refunds or transfers are available.
