SAFe® 6.0 Product Owner / Product Manager (POPM) Certification Training - 30th & 31st August 2025

The SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) course will equip you with the essential skills to guide Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and adopt a customer-centric approach to ensure the continuous delivery of value. You’ll learn how to foster collaboration with Agile teams to achieve shared goals effectively.

This interactive two-day course dives deep into the SAFe Framework, teaching you how to write epics, break them into features and user stories, manage team and program backlogs, and confidently execute Planning Intervals. By the end of the training, you'll be prepared to step into the Certified SAFe 6.0 Product Owner/Product Manager role, driving alignment between strategy and execution to scale Agile practices within your organization.

Day 1: Saturday 30th August (9:00AM to 5:00PM AEST)

Day 2: Sunday 31st August (9:00AM to 5:00PM AEST)
