SAFe® 6.0 Scrum Master (SSM) Certification Training - 28th & 29th June 2025

The two-day SAFe Scrum Master course is designed to equip individuals with the skills and knowledge to excel as a Scrum Master within the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). This comprehensive training focuses on leading agile teams and understanding the Scrum Master's role in a team-of-teams environment, preparing participants to drive business value at scale within a lean-agile enterprise or government context.

Throughout the course, learners will explore how to implement Agile principles at scale, facilitate Program Increment (PI) planning, and manage Iterations in the SAFe framework. By the end of the training, participants will have developed the skills to effectively perform as a Scrum Master, servant leader, and agile coach. You will gain the expertise needed to guide team-level Scrum events, coach agile teams, and foster continuous improvement for optimal business outcomes.

Upon completion, participants will be prepared to take on the Scrum Master role within an Agile Release Train (ART), equipped with the practical tools and strategies to drive team success.

Day 1: Saturday 28th June (9:00AM to 5:00PM AEST)

Day 2: Sunday 29th June (9:00AM to 5:00PM AEST)
