Safe to Be Seen Masterclass For Therapists
Description
For therapists, counsellors and psychologists in private practice who want to work at a deeper level with true congruence in their practice + diversify their income past the 1:1 model.
Most visibility training is built by marketers for coaches. This one is built by a psychotherapist, for therapists, and it works with the unconscious layer where the fear actually lives.
Replay for 7 days. Full Congruence Audit workbook to the first 25.
Here's what I've come to believe after years of watching this play out, in my own practice and in every therapist I've worked closely with since. A better caption formula won't fix it. Neither will a content calendar or a more confident sounding bio.
You can't market a self you're actively hiding, and the hiding didn't start on your Instagram page. It started in training. We learn to sound credible, evidence based, careful. Nobody teaches us what to do with the part of our work that doesn't fit neatly into a diagnostic manual, so we learn to leave it out of the room entirely, and eventually we leave it out of ourselves too.
So you learn the lesson. Stay behind the client. Stay in the background. Say the safe thing. It works, in the sense that nobody questions your credibility. It also means the fullest, most resonant version of what you do never actually reaches the people who'd pay well for it, because they can't find what you're not showing them.
What you leave the masterclass with
A live somatic session. Space for your own process to be felt and a live experience of where the hiding lives in your body.
A clear roadmap, You'll leave knowing exactly what to do first, and next, and after that, not just feeling seen with nowhere to put it.
A guide for the unconscious identity work, the actual pattern of which self is running your business and where the hiding lives, something real you keep and actually use once the session ends, so the work doesn't stop the moment you close your laptop.
The Congruence Audit, so you can see the actual gap between who you are and how you're currently showing up, and finally understand why authenticity keeps stalling out for you specifically.
90 minutes live. Replay for 7 days. $47.
What this workshop is about
Visibility with integrity. Most therapists have never seen a version of being visible they would want to copy. The models available are loud, overclaiming, and often unqualified, so the honest response has been to opt out entirely. We work on the third option: being findable, legible and chosen while saying only what is true.
The unconscious identity wounds underneath the holding back. You were trained toward neutrality, discretion and the blank screen. Before that, most of us learned something earlier about what happens when you take up room. Those lessons operate as contracts about what a good therapist is allowed to be, held at identity level, active every time you decide whether to post, raise a fee, or say out loud what you are actually good at.
The modern reality of the profession. The rules you were trained on were written for a world where clients arrived through GP referrals and a listing in a directory. Clients now choose their therapist the way they choose everything else, by finding someone whose thinking they recognise. Excellent practitioners are losing those clients to people with a fraction of the training, purely on legibility. Deciding whether that is fair changes nothing. Deciding what to do about it changes everything.
Optional VIP Upgrade:
Everything in the masterclass, plus 90 minutes privately with Zena. She audits your current online presence, name it, website, bio, socials, the language you use to describe your work, and shows you exactly where it stops matching what you actually do in the room. You leave with a specific plan: what to change, what to say, and what to build first. Only Eight places.
Who it is for
Therapists, counsellors, psychologists, psychotherapists and allied practitioners in private practice. The room is deliberately mixed. Two years in and quiet, or twenty years in and capped, the contract underneath tends to be the same one, and seniority has never resolved it on its own.
Who it is not for
Anyone after a content strategy or a follower count. We work on the layer underneath, and the tactics stay useless until that layer moves.
FAQs
- What’s included?
Ninety minutes live with Zena, covering the online landscape as it actually is and what it takes to be a modern therapist inside it.
A live somatic process, so the identity work happens at an unconscious level rather than staying an idea you understand and cannot act on.
A working method for showing up online with your integrity intact.
And a room full of other therapists carrying projects that deserve to exist. Most of this profession does its thinking alone. For ninety minutes you will be among people working on the same thing at the same time.
- Are there tangible tools, or is it all discussion?
Both. You get a workbook to keep and use afterwards, and we complete the Congruence Audit together in the session, so you leave with it done rather than another resource sitting in your emails.
- What are Zena’s formal qualifications?
Zena is a degree qualified psychotherapist. She holds a Bachelor of Psychology , a Graduate Diploma in Psychological Science, a Master of Psychotherapy and Counselling, and a Certificate in Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy.
- What is Zena’s lived experience of this?
Zena was homeless at sixteen. She learned early that staying hidden was the safer option, and she carried that lesson into a career she chose because she wanted to make a difference.
It followed her into practice. She did work she was proud of, in a room nobody outside it could see, and stayed quiet about all of it.
A year ago she took her own identity work to the next level and started posting with congruence, saying what she actually thinks in her own voice. Since then her following has grown past twenty thousand people across two platforms, she has launched new offerings, and the work has reached people who would witnessed her journey and how much changed once she was authentically visible.
- Why should I attend? Put plainly,
Because you have been putting off projects that came to you years ago, and they are still sitting there.
Because your income currently has a ceiling made of hours, and everything you would need to diversify it already exists in your head.
And because the thing stopping you has never been strategy. Ninety minutes on the actual block will move you further than another year of tactics.

- I have clients at that time, or I’m in the wrong timezone entirely.
Register anyway. The replay goes out the following morning and stays open for seven days. The workbook and the audit come to you either way.
- Do I need to be on camera?
No. Cameras are welcome and entirely optional. Only Zena’s audio and screen are recorded, so nothing you say or do appears in the replay.
- What do I need to bring?
Something to write with, on paper rather than a screen if you can manage it. Water. A space where you can be undisturbed for ninety minutes, since part of the session is somatic and works better without an audience. Headphones help.
Come with one project in mind that you have been carrying and have not started.
- Can I count this as CPD?
Check the requirements of your own association. Many practitioners log training of this kind as self-directed professional development. A confirmation of attendance is available on request afterwards.
