Time to learn some skills to protect yourself 🥋

We invited one of the trainers, Alan, from Walsh Martial Arts Australia to teach us the awareness of protect ourselves.

Empowerment Self-Defence - Introduction

People often want to learn self-defence to defend themselves (surprise surprise). In this 45-minute introduction session, Alan will uncover some myths and misconceptions about self-defence training and how it may cause more harm than good. Instead, this session will be about creating a basic foundation of mindset and techniques that will increase your confidence, awareness, and feeling of safety. Alan has over 25 years of martial arts experience and is a 5th Dan Black Belt Taekwondo Master


It's important for everyone to have safety awareness in your daily life.
