Event description
The Community History team at Mount Flora Regional Museum presents a hands-on craft event for children aged 5 to 10 years.
We invite you to visit the Mount Flora Regional Museum and to help your children to create a craft sailboat, inspired by the story of the Centaur - a pioneer sailing shipwrecked off North Beach in December 1874.
- Bookings are not required as this is a drop-in session
- Please allow about an hour for your visit, including the craft activity.
- Museum opening hours: 10.00am to 4.00pm.
Children must be supervised by parents or guardians at all times and are not to be left unattended in the museum.
Museum visits are self-guided, with staff available to answer questions. Drop in to explore the museum and learn about the Centaur, while enjoying the craft activity with your child.
