Oranga Saunas is a mobile, wood-fired sauna experience based in Ōtepoti, designed to help people slow down, connect, and reset. We deliver high-heat, coastal sauna sessions that blend traditional heat therapy with cold water immersion and the natural elements.

Our sessions are guided but relaxed — you choose your rhythm, whether that’s quiet recovery, social connection, or a powerful contrast of hot and cold. Each booking includes access to the sauna, cold plunge options (weather dependent), and a calm, community-minded atmosphere.

We operate across multiple coastal locations in Dunedin with seasonal hours that respond to sunrise, sunset, and the changing climate. Private hires, community sessions, and special events run throughout the year.

Oranga Saunas exists to help you find space: for wellbeing, resilience, and the simple joy of being outdoors in all conditions.
