A 5km run or 3km walk with the girls — and this one’s not about PBs or pushing limits. It’s about joy, connection, and showing up exactly as you are. Whether you’re jogging, walking, or just here for the vibes, you’re welcome.

If you’ve always wanted to try a run but didn’t know where to start — this is your moment. A safe, sisters-only environment where you can move at your own pace, feel held by community, and just have fun with it.

Post-run, ground yourself with a calming Stretch & Breathe session to reset, recharge, and come back to presence.

Stick around to enjoy a delicious breakfast spread and grab your favourite drink from our on-site coffee cart – serving fresh brews, hot/iced drinks, and of course-matcha!

All food and drinks are included in the ticket.

This is the biggest social get-together of the month, bringing Muslim women from across Sydney together for a morning of sisterhood, movement, and meaning 💛

Location: Sydney Olympic Park - Bicentennial Park. Exact meeting location will be shared closer to the date.
Time: arrival from 8:45am,9:00am start. Event will conclude by midday.
