DAY 1

SESSION 1 - Discovering your Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) (Wed 12th 12.30-2.30pm)

  • How ICP clarity helps ad targeting and messaging.

SESSION 2 - Designing a strong sales system (Wed 12th 3.00-5.00pm)

  • Sales & Marketing, what are the differences?
  • Creating a sales pipeline.
  • CRM Systems.
  • (Bonus exercise: Design your sales pipeline).


DAY 2

SESSION 3 – Lifecycle Marketing (Thur 13th 12.30-2.30pm)

  • Classic funnel vs. lifecycle marketing.
  • Customer journey.
  • MarTech.
  • (Bonus exercise: Build your lifecycle marketing).


BONUS – 15 mins 1:1 session (register in advance) (Thursday 13th 3.00-5.00pm)

  • Six 1:1 feedback sessions on founders strategies and roadblocks.
