Sally would love you to join her and her special guest teachers for a weekend at Anglesea Surf Club, of gentle movement, rest and great company.

Our focus on will be on Ayurveda; the sister science of yoga and the 5 elements of air, water, earth, fire and space.

You can look forward to learning how these elements correlate with the senses and with particular body parts and functions.

With understanding of our internal elemental makeup, we can develop the ability to notice ourselves when we are out of balance. The ability to 'tap in' is key to better health and overall wellness.

All welcome, no previous yoga experience necessary.

Sally, Jacqui, Ryan and Martina look forward to providing you with useful tools to help navigate the flux of life.

Included:

8 teaching sessions with Sally, Jacqui, Martina & Ryan: Dance & drumming, Yin, Restorative, Vinyassa yoga practice. Breathwork and mantra, Yoga Nidra.

All meals. 2 lunches, 1 dinner, 1 breakfast, 2 morning tea's, 1 afternoon tea, 1 supper.

All yoga props: mats, bolsters, belts, blocks and blankets.
