Salt Cave Journey December

You are welcome to join me for a beautiful guided journey in the salt cave for a special closing circle for 2024 

There has been many shifts this year! leading up to the end of the year in particular there has been many lessons unfolding for us.

I feel that this session will be a beautiful way anchor into our lessons, into our being, into our present experience and most importantly expand our spirit to open into its full potential for the most potent time of year.

As we know these next few months are busy, crazy and we are on the go! but if we can allow ourselves to tap into the energy that is here it is a potent time for creation and making dreams reality :-)

Salt Cave is amazing incase you haven't experienced it, it is great for anxiety, skin disorders, lung issues, respiratory, breath, sleep, nervous system and it is easy on the eye! one of my most favourite places to journey xx
