Get ready for a fiesta of flavour as Terrace turns up the heat with an evening of bold Mexican-inspired eats of taco, churros, and plenty of good vibes.

Start with jalapeño poppers, mini avo tacos and prawn bites before settling into a selection of loaded tacos — from Cuban mojo chicken with pickled red onion and tomato salsa, to ancho poblano beef with blackened sweet corn, chipotle sour cream and crispy shallots.

And because every fiesta needs something sweet, we’ll finish with cinnamon churros, dark chocolate and toasted pecan.

Add drinks, music and a high-energy atmosphere, and you’ve got the perfect excuse to gather your crew and make a night of it.
