Saltwater Sadhana is a practice of mindful movement, meditation and pranayama, surrounded by the soothing sounds of the waves and fresh ocean air.
This experience invites you to connect with the rhythm of the waves as you deepen your connection to body, mind, and spirit. Whether you're seeking peace and calm, physical vitality, or a moment of reflection by the sea, Saltwater Sadhana offers a space for personal growth and connection with the healing power of nature.
Begin your day with a guided yoga practice at the foreshore, connecting mind and body as you flow from pose to pose. Then invigorate your body with a refreshing swim in the ocean.
This monthly meet-up and yoga practice encourages community and connection, inviting you to relax, recharge, and build lasting friendships.

Cost: $15 per session or $60 for the season (October-April)Â
