• Experience the energetic process of cutting, soaking, and birthing your drum, noticing what emotions, insights, and energies arise as part of the process.
• Dive into your own personal birthing stories—whether it’s the birth of children, projects, relationships, or other life creations—and use these reflections to deepen your connection to your drum.
• We will also create our own drum beaters, so if you feel called, bring a stick from nature that speaks to you!
