Brewed in Ireland and distilled in Australia, the Barleyshakes are a Celtic band with worldly influences, combining intense energy, beautiful harmony and driving dance rhythms in their live performances.
Adored throughout Australia and beyond for their refreshing Irish sound, the Barleyshakes are winners of the Queensland Music Award for World Music.
Ever since their inception in the 90’s in Dublin, the Barleyshakes have been turning heads. Their mission has always been to inject new life into Irish music while honouring the tradition past. Recently returned from tours of NZ, Outback Queensland and FNQ, the Shakes are keen to air lots of new material as well as old favourites.

Is this an outdoor venue?
Yes, Little Tree is an outdoor, mainly covered venue - rug up on cool nights! The stage is in a rainforest setting with some sightline restrictions.
How does seating work?
Most seats are cabaret style at tables seating three to eight people. You may share a table with other members of our wonderful audience.
What is A Reserve?
A Reserve tickets have a full view of the stage.
Is this a family friendly event?
Yes, families are welcome, tickets for children under 14 are $10 ea. Babies in arms are free.
What is your refund policy?
Refunds will only be available when an event has been cancelled or rescheduled, in line with the Australian ticketing code of practice.
Who is entitle to a concession ticket?
Full-time students, attendees under 18 years, Government concession card holders (age pension, disability pension, Newstart, supporting parent and seniors healthcare card holders).
