Samhain Gathering

Join us for an intimate evening to celebrate Samhain!
An ancient Gaelic festival marking the turning of the seasons, liminal space & divinatory play & games!

Together, we’ll create a space to honor our ancestors and explore some of the Celtic traditions, stories, & seasonal customs associated with Samhain.

Cascadia Mystery School aims to bridge traditional & contemporary practices to create a modern, living approach to exploring Celtic ancestry & earth honoring animist life ways.

Throughout the evening, we will:

Bring a small photo, object, or offering to place upon our communal altar as we remember and honor those who came before us.

🌿 Explore Traditional Plants, Foods & Folklore
Learn about seasonal plants, traditional foods, folk customs, and the stories surrounding this liminal time of year.

🔥 Take an Ancestral Shamanic Journey
Journey inward through a guided shamanic journey meditation to connect with the Celtic Isles & ancestors & receive information.

🎶 Share Songs
Sing seasonal songs & hear traditional Gaelic songs.

🔮 Play Divination Games
Explore traditional & modern forms of divination games & seasonal fortune-telling.

🍎 Share Food, Stories & Connect
Samhain was traditionally a communal time of gathering, feasting, storytelling, and preparing for the winter ahead. We’ll carry that spirit forward through shared food, conversation, and connection.
