Event description

Samhain (pronounced Sow-wen and known as Halloween in the Northern Hemisphere) signifies the New year on the Wheel. It is the time of the Crone Woman.

We dream at this time; the fields lie fallow and resting as the dreams for the New year lie nourishing in the mulch- preparing. Samhain is the darkest moment on the Wheel of the Year. It is the time when the veils between the worlds are thin and death and birth are one. We remember..... we remember our dead ones and call to them with gratitude and grief. We remember our ancestors and the red thread of learning down through the generations of our Mother line.

We remember the Crone Goddess Sheela na Gig- she who holds the ehaling and grief of forgiveness and letting go and in the Celtic Tree Ogham: the Yew Tree as tree of the never ending cycle of death and re-birth.

This Circle is for women only and held on the Zoom platform.
