Ia manuia le vaiaso o le Gagana Samoa! Happy Samoan Language Week!

Join us at Te Manawa on Saturday 7 June from 12PM-1:30PM to learn how to weave a Kiki Fulumoa (feathered waist belt). This workshop is aimed towards teens and adults who will be guided by our Librarian Pasifika the basic skills to create one's very own Measina (treasure).

This is a free workshop but registrations are required to attend. Particpants should note that by the end of the workshop their Kiki Fulumoa will not be finished, however, all materials will be provided and will be offered to take home to continue their weaving journey. We hope to see you there!
