Free Samoan Sapa Sui / Chop Suey Cooking Workshop

Celebrate Samoan Language Week with us by creating one of Samoa's favourite cuisines - SAPA SUI, Samoa's version of chop suey!  Experience a free hands-on cooking tutorial while learning the Samoan words for the ingredients and a basic history of how sapa sui was established in Samoa.  Best of all, we will end our fun workshop with a shared lunch.  Yuuuuuuumm!
