Caravela is a certified B Corporation sourcing Latin America's most consistent and delicious coffees. The best is that they do that while developing important social and environmental impact initiatives, such as their PECA program and their carbon-positive targets.
In BEYOND THE CUP, Mark Howard and the team at Caravela Coffee Australia will guide us through a few different coffee quality grades, discussing their differences and what goes behind their production. They'll also tell us about their fantastic work beyond 'just' buying green coffee.
It's an opportunity for us all to get an update, and have an open dialogue, about the journey of coffee before it arrives at our roasteries—especially after last year's crazy price hike. It's also a chance to ask questions directly, cutting through all the 'transparency and sustainability' noise online.
