Sana Sana x Cowtown S.K.A.T.E. Board Build
Description
Come build a board for a good cause! We’re teaming up with Cowtown S.K.A.T.E. to build complete skateboards that will be gifted to youth at the opening of the first-ever S.K.A.T.E. Spot at University Park in Downtown Phoenix, helping make skateboarding more accessible across the Valley.
FAQs
- What does my ticket include?
Your ticket includes everything needed to build one complete skateboard, with guidance from the Cowtown S.K.A.T.E. team. The completed skateboard will be donated to a youth recipient.
- Is one ticket for one person or one board?
One ticket = one complete skateboard build. If you're attending with a child under 13, an accompanying adult does not need a separate ticket unless they would also like to build a board.
- How long does it take to build a board?
Plan for approximately 1–2 hours to complete your board.
- Do I get to keep the skateboard I build?
No. All skateboards built during the event will be donated to youth through Cowtown S.K.A.T.E.
- Do I need to know how to build a skateboard?
Not at all! Cowtown S.K.A.T.E. will provide the materials, tools and guidance needed to complete your board.
- Is there an age requirement to participate?
Yes! The board build is open to all ages. Children under 13 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult, as the build involves tools and small parts.
- Do I need to arrive at 2 PM?
No! Come by anytime during the event. Board builds will take place from 2–8 PM, with the final build beginning at 8 PM.
- When will the boards be given out?
The completed boards will be gifted to youth at the opening of the first S.K.A.T.E. Spot at University Park in Downtown Phoenix. Opening details will be shared as they become available.
