Event description

A rose-infused healing circle with yoga, sound, ritual & tea to soften, open, and reconnect with your body, heart, and truth in sacred community.

RITUAL. OPENING. SOFTENING. EMBODIMENT.

Step into a 2.5-hour rose-infused healing sanctuary designed to help you soften, open, and reconnect with what’s real—your body, your heart, and your inner wisdom.

The Sanctuary of the ROSE blends breathwork, gentle yoga, sound healing, song, Reiki, rose-based herbal support, meditation, and ritual into a single offering that nourishes the nervous system and creates space for emotional release, intention setting, and renewal.

This circle is a sanctuary—a place to slow down, tune in, and be held in community. Together, we will explore what it means to open, soften, and embody the parts of ourselves that are ready to bloom. Through movement, sound, ritual and spiritual reflection, we’ll invite release of what no longer serves and call in what we are ready to open to.

Rose tea, rose oil, and other rose-based herbal allies will be available to support and deepen your journey.

The Sanctuary of the ROSE includes a sacred sharing circle, where you can connect meaningfully with others, be witnessed in your becoming and make space for your own truth.

All people are welcome—regardless of gender, identity, life path or yoga experience. Whether you’re grieving, growing, creating, mothering, or simply longing to reconnect, this is a space for you.

Accessibility Notes: There are stairs at the entry way of the Lowdown Ballroom and down into the actual gathering space. Rose essential oils will be used in the space (but no chemical fragrances will be used).

Please wear comfortable clothing–rose shades (like pink, red, white, yellow) are encouraged!

Come as you are. Leave with more space to bloom, to soften, and to center what matters most.
