Sanctum of SHE

The sanctum of SHE is the place you get to meet yourself and your body. 

It is a sacred women's space that is held monthly to support women to reclaim and remember their sensuality and sovereignty. 

We gather in sisterhood to express our essence and liberate our bodies through the tantric arts, feminine embodiment and somatic sensuality. 

We work with these concepts to foster Integrated Intimacy and to feel safety and sensation in our bodies. 

Each month has a different flavour to bring you into deeper relationship with your body, your sensuality and life.

Each Sanctum we explore and practice The of Wheel of Consent, Giving + Receiving, Conscious Communication, Tantric practice and Embodied dance.

💦 You will be guided to connect with your body and breath to play in the realms of sensation, pleasure and expression. 

💦 You will learn how to ask for what you want and also how to also receive wholeheartedly. 

💦You will learn how to set boundaries with love and discernment. 

💦 You will learn how to express and embody your polarity aspects confidently and playfully.

💦You will learn to express communication consciously and with clarity

 💦You will find the safety and permission to feel turned on in your body. 

💦You will learn how to cultivate personal power and s€xual energy. 

This is for women who are coming home to their body and their heart.
