Sandflies Go Viral - Balance & Beyond

Age 10 to Adult. 

Balance on one foot, two hands, one hand or two hands and a head! In Balance & Beyond, we strengthen stability during these uncertain times by easing into a class on ankle stability, low holds like 'Crow' or 'Froggy, one-arm planche prep , headstands, Y scale and foundations for handstand holds. So come join us & find your balance.

Trainer: Crystal 

Props needed: A yoga mat or other supportive surface to work on - self-supplied. A household chair - self-supplied.   

Please note - you are buying a 9 week course.

First class - 6 May. Final class - 1 July.  4:00 - 5:00pm
