Sandflies Go Viral - Circus Boot Camp for Sandflies

School year 4-6. No prerequisite. Please advise us of any past injuries or physical limitations - tell trainer and write into your on-line waiver form.

Stay circus-fit with an hour of circus essentials! Catch up with your circus mates while you enjoy an hour of fitness fun that includes stretching, strengthening, and Sibylle's famous circus challenges!

Props needed: A yoga mat or other supportive surface to work on. Self-supplied

First class - 6 May. Final class - 1 July.  3:00 - 4:00pm
