Event description

High School to Adult.
Please advise us of any past injuries or physical limitations - tell trainer and list on on-line waiver form below. 

Fast paced, low impact burn and learn workout that focuses on strengthening your stabilizing muscles, core and alignment . A chance to push yourself, build endurance, tone muscles and increase your body awareness. Short burst interval exercises (and Crystal's jokes) make time fly, leaving you revitalized and strong.


Trainer: Crystal 

Props needed: A yoga mat or other supportive surface to work on - self-supplied. A pillow, and a chair that you can put weight on.   

Please note - you are buying a 9 week course.

First class - 6 May. Final class - 1 July.  5:15 - 6:15pm

Please note it is a condition of enrolling in a class that you read, agree and sign the waiver here.
