Sandflies Go Viral - Handstands 2.0

Ages 10 to Adult.
Prerequisite: Should be able hold and control a handstand for 5 seconds on your own. This class is aimed at intermediate to advanced handstand enthusiasts.
Grasp your talent in Phalange-Holds - a.k.a - Handstands! Building the blocks to balance on our hands and explore technique in straddle, tuck and pike variations. Get a few cushions, a wall, clean feet and a bit of determination, and let's get to standing on our hands!
Trainer: Crystal
Props needed: A yoga mat or other supportive surface to work on - self-supplied. A pillow, and a chair that you can put weight on.
Please note - you are buying a 9 week course.
First class - 6 May. Final class - 1 July. 6:30 - 7:30pm
