Celia Landman and Eric Huang invite you to a day of Compassionatte Communication

Session 1: 9:55am-11:30am
- Compassionate Communication Foundations - Eric

Session 2: 12:15pm-1:45pm
- Self-Care - An exploration of Needs - Celia

Session 3: 2:15-4:15pm
- Saying "No" and 9 Skills for Navigating Conflict or Role Plays- Eric and or Celia

We recommend that your bring your preferred lunch, snacks and drinks.
We will serve a light lunch which will we do our best to make Gluten Free and Vegan.
We ask each participant $25-75 for each 90min session to support covering our expenses. We will collect this on the day of the event after you arrive and before you leave (hopefully)

Address is 4353 Park Blvd. in San Diego. The building is called the Winslow .  There is a pay garage on the ground floor. There’s usually  street parking as well (free).

GPS can sometimes be wonky because the building is new. . Please  make sure you are on Park Boulevard. It’s also next-door to the CVS located at 4301 Park Blvd. .
