Satsang with Anjani Amriit
Description
An Experience to Uplift Your Spirit
Spiritual Wisdom • Sacred Music • Breathwork • Energy Healing • Meditation • Shaktipat Blessings
More than a talk. More than a meditation class. A sacred Sunday morning to pause, reconnect and be uplifted.
Join Anjani Amriit, internationally recognised speaker, bestselling author, spiritual teacher and founder of Internal Yoga™, for Satsang at Freshwater Wellness Centre on Sydney's Northern Beaches.
Satsang is an ancient tradition of gathering in truth. It is a chance to step away from the noise and demands of everyday life, notice the unconscious patterns that shape how we live, and reconnect with the stillness and wisdom already within you.
Each gathering weaves practical spiritual teaching with sacred sound, breath, meditation and blessing. Our intention is that you leave feeling lighter, clearer and more connected to yourself.
How the Morning Unfolds
Arriving and settling. We begin with gentle pranayama (yogic breathing) and sacred music to settle the body and quieten the mind.
Spiritual wisdom and discourse. Anjani shares grounded teachings on the deeper questions of life: how to move beyond fear, habitual reactions and old conditioning, and live with more awareness, compassion and inner freedom.
Energy healing. A time to rest and receive a spiritual energy healing practice intended to support inner harmony and stillness.
Guided soul activation meditation. A guided journey inward to quieten the mind and reconnect with the deeper presence of your true nature.
Shaktipat blessings. The gathering closes with Shaktipat, a sacred blessing traditionally understood as a transmission of spiritual energy or grace from teacher to recipient. Participation is always optional; you are welcome to simply sit quietly.
Sacred music and chanting run through the morning. Selected gatherings feature live devotional music; others use recorded sacred music.
Your Hosts
Led by Anjani Amriit, founder of Internal Yoga™, whose work bridges ancient spiritual sciences and contemporary understanding to make inner transformation practical in everyday life.
Lovingly supported by Clare Fenwick, yoga teacher of the Sri Vidya tradition.
Selected gatherings feature live sacred music by Mantra Narayani, kirtan musician.

FAQs
- Do I need previous experience?
Not at all. Whether you're completely new or have been exploring meditation, yoga, kirtan, energy healing or spirituality for years, you're warmly welcome. Each gathering is designed to be accessible, uplifting and meaningful for everyone.
- Is Satsang religious? Do I need to follow a particular faith?
Satsang draws on ancient yogic wisdom and devotional traditions, but you don't need to follow any particular religion or belief system to attend. People of all faiths and none are welcome. You're invited to experience the teachings, meditation, music and blessings in a way that feels meaningful to you.
- How does the by-donation contribution work?
Satsang is offered by donation, with a suggested contribution of A$27 to A$35.
In the spirit of Satsang, giving is an expression of gratitude and the natural flow of giving and receiving. Please contribute according to your circumstances and the value you feel you receive. You are welcome to give more if you feel inspired, or less if that is more comfortable for you. The booking form accepts any amount from A$5.
There is no obligation to give a particular amount. Everyone is equally welcome and receives the same experience, whatever their contribution.
10% of all proceeds support Kriya Sakthi's feeding programmes and Green Sakthi's environmental and community initiatives in India.
- What should I wear and bring?
We invite you to wear comfortable, relaxed clothing that's respectfully modest and suitable for a sacred gathering.
Yoga leggings with a longer top, loose trousers, flowing skirts, comfortable dresses or relaxed casual clothing are all lovely choices. There's no need for traditional or special spiritual attire.
Please bring some water and, if you'd like to sit on the floor, feel free to bring your own meditation cushion.
Chairs are provided for those who prefer them, so there's no need to sit on the floor or adopt any particular posture.
Most importantly, we want you to feel comfortable and at ease.
- What is Shaktipat, and do I have to participate?
Shaktipat is a sacred blessing traditionally understood as a transmission of spiritual energy or grace, offered to support inner awakening and spiritual connection.
There's no particular sensation or experience you need to have. Participation is entirely optional, and you're welcome to simply sit quietly and observe if you prefer.
- What happens if I need to cancel?
We understand that plans can change. If you're unable to attend, please cancel as early as possible so your place can be offered to someone else.
