Fire of Creation: A Somatic Dance Journey

This month's journey invites you to attune to a subtle pulse—the sacred tremor that lives beneath all things. It is the soft shimmer before movement, the quiet vibration that gives rise to creation. It is the rise and fall, the expansion and return, the echo of aliveness that lives within your body.

As we move together, we’ll listen deeply for the quiet invitations of sensation—pulses, spirals, expansions, releases. We’ll follow the wave as it ripples through the spine, radiates into the limbs, and awakens the inner current of something ancient and alive.

Let your body become the question. Let your breath be the bridge. Let yourself be danced by the rhythm that has always lived within you.

✨ We are a passionate group of certified Somatic Dance facilitators, eager to get you grooving on a Saturday morning and set the perfect mood for your weekend.

What to Expect:

• Somatic Dance: A guided, free-form movement journey, delving deep into the layers of the body, supported by a carefully curated soundscape.
• Non-Judgmental Space: Let it all go! All of you is welcome to explore your own unique expression.
• No Dance Experience Necessary: There are no routines or steps to follow here, simply an invitation to discover how your body wishes to move.

Come and move to the rhythm of you, ready to deepen your connection with self and others.

This is a space free of booze, shoes and talking on the dance floor. Let the epic music and steady voice of your facilitator carry you out of mind and into body, slipping away to the transformative power of somatic dance. The music takes the form of a wave, beginning gently before building to a peak, then settling softly and slowly. You'll leave feeling refreshed and high-vibed for the days ahead. 

What to Bring:

• Comfortable clothes for movement (layers are recommended)
• A drink bottle
• A drop or two of curiosity!

Please arrive 5-15 minutes early to settle into the space. We welcome you from 9:45 AM for a prompt 10:00 AM start.
