Saturday Night Pasta x Messina Are Throwing A Dinner Party

If Louis Armstrong, Ella Fitzgerald and Frank Sinatra are playing, you know it’s not your average Saturday night. On August 23, we’re throwing our first ever pasta-and-gelato dinner party inside our gelato factory at Messina HQ in Marrickville.
This is not your Nonna’s dinner. Unless your Nonna also invites Shadow Baking, Gold Street Dairy, Erin Bar and Restaurant, In The Round House, Salumi Australia, DRNKS and Byroncello to her table (In which case... can we come to your Nonna's next dinner?).
Dinner is served family-style, kicking off with a glass of something bubbly and a grazing board stacked with cured meats, house pickles, grilled curd and honey. Then it’s onto pasta with Saturday Night Pasta's new Some Like It Hot sauce, followed by our Messina family ragu served with Shadow Baking’s cult hot honey focaccia for the essential plate mop up.
For dessert, expect crostatas, zabaglione, tiramisu, and gelato with hot dulce de leche poured tableside. DRNKS are pouring all night long, finishing with a Byroncello toast.
You’ll also take home a goodie bag with Saturday Night Pasta's new pasta and sauce, plus a limited-edition tote made just for the night.
