Join us for a soulful Saturday morning with Noelle (@noelleness_) and Yvonne (@serenitysessions_x) — your perfect blend of movement, mindfulness, and meaningful connections.
We meet at Grant Reserve at 9 a.m. to start with a gentle vinyasa flow, guiding you to tune into your body and breath. Whether you're feeling adventurous and want to spice up your practice or prefer to take it slow, you're in the right place. This session is suitable for beginners and seasoned yogis alike — all that matters is your awareness of breath. We'll take you there.
Following the flow, Yvonne leads you into a peaceful meditation, grounding your mind and centering your energy.
What to Bring:
- A mat or towel
- Water to stay hydrated
And the best part? We keep the good vibes going with coffee and chats at a local café afterward.
