🏃 Saucony 10K – Run for Samuel’s Charity! 💙

Take on the Saucony 10K and make every step count for seriously and terminally ill children and their families!

By joining Team Samuel’s Charity, you'll be helping us bring fun, hope and relief to children facing incredibly difficult times, both in hospital and at home.

Whether you're a seasoned runner or taking on your first 10K, we'd love to have you on our team!

💙 Fundraising Place – £345 Target

Please note: This is a charity fundraising place, and all participants are asked to raise a minimum of £345 for Samuel’s Charity.

Every pound you raise will help us continue providing vital care, comfort and support to seriously ill children and their families.

Don't worry if you haven't reached your target by race day – you can continue fundraising after the event!

🎟️ Important – Your Deposit Is NOT Your Race Ticket

When booking through Humanitix, you are paying a £20 deposit to Samuel’s Charity, not purchasing your official Saucony 10K race ticket.

Your deposit helps us cover the administration costs of managing your charity place, along with your Samuel’s Charity running T-shirt and other goodies we'll send you ahead of the event.

Paying your deposit does not automatically register you for the race.

🏃 What Happens After You Book?

Once you've paid your deposit through Humanitix, we'll be in touch with the next steps:

1. Official Race Registration: We'll send you a separate registration link so you can complete your entry directly with the race organiser. You must complete this step to secure your place.

2. Set Up Your JustGiving Page: We'll ask you to create a fundraising page for Samuel’s Charity so you can start working towards your £345 target.

3. Receive Your Charity Running Pack: We'll arrange for your Samuel’s Charity running T-shirt and goodies to be sent out to you ahead of race day.

Samuel’s Charity was founded by a remarkable nine-year-old boy named Samuel, who, while undergoing cancer treatment, wanted to help other children facing similar challenges.

Today, we continue his legacy by supporting seriously and terminally ill children and their families, providing comfort, care and moments of happiness when they need it most.
